The house is centrally heated throughout. Room radiators have thermostats and the house thermostat is accessible to residents. There is an 'incoming-only' telephone line and broadband access in all rooms plus wi-fi access. A large maintained garden space is provided which is suitable for relaxing and entertaining
There are a total of four rented rooms. Each with no more than one person.
